Our forum is down due to a dispute with GO DADDY our host.
They think that we are getting to many hits and want more money.
Also a Japaneese HACKER is using our e-mail to send spam around the world, Go DADDY does not want to close the e-mail side of things.
After pissing each other of, about this they desided to stop hosting treadleit.com
We are in the proses to set up with a new host, this can take a wile.
Hopefully after the new year we have it going again.
This is the companion site to Treadleit.com.
It holds the manufacturers list of human powered antique treadle machines for wood and metal.
We're just concentrating on treadle machines for wood and metal for now, but as the database grows you never know we may branch out even more.
New content is continually being added as the manufacurers list is updated, new members come on board, and photos and documents become available
If you have information you'd like to add here to a page, then flick me an email editor@treadleit.net with a little about what you would like to do and I can arrange for you to have access as an editor of the pages.
Researching to expand our list is a big part behind the scenes, and we would appreciate any help with filling in the blanks in the manufacturers list.
Post information, articles, anything in the scope that may be helpful including dates, images etc on the forum.
We're also interested in victorian scroll saw patterns, either as books, pdf's, scans, pictures, any electronic media, heck in any form.
Once again welcome, and remember to check out the forum at http://treadleit.com
Many thanks
Haldor & Bernhard
